Julia Brennan is an experienced Associate Broker in Virginia and North Carolina.  Since launching her real estate career in her home town in Northern VA over 30 years ago, she has developed vast experience in sales, marketing and negotiating.   She has helped hundreds of families with their housing needs.

 Julia has helped many of our military service personnel relocate to and from the Pentagon, Fort Belvoir, the Navy Yard in the DC area as well as Hampton Roads.  Coming from a background of military family members, helping families find the best housing solutions for them is one of her top priorities.  She participates in an amazing program called “Military on the Move” serving active and retired military, wounded warriors and local DOD employees.  This program offers important benefits as well as cash back rebates.  Julia is a “Military Relocation Professional”, (MRP)  a designation earned through the National Association of Realtors.
